non-profit rehearsal rates apply to rehearsal rentals for non-profit performing arts organizations, and individual artists.

$20.00/hour

these rates apply for specialty rentals beyond a simple rehearsal, where no fees are being charged to participants.

$30.00/hour

these rates apply for specialty rentals beyond a simple rehearsal, where a fee is being charged to participants or the renting organization is for-profit.

$70.00 per hour

these rates are for non-ticketed, donation-based open rehearsals or showings. showings/open rehearsal rentals are in 2-hour increments only.

$150.00/two hours

package includes: full use of space, racks of chairs, folding table, disposable shoe boots (in case of weather)

designed to support dance/theatre/anything companies and independent artists in the presentation of self-produced, evening-length work

private event rates apply to rentals for functions such as parties, receptions, etc. private events have a required 2 hour minimum.

$300.00/hour (10% nonprofit discount)

+$200.00 cleaning & trash fee

this package includes:

-resources & amenities

-large open space with natural lighting

-our lighting system (if at night)

-disco ball

-microphone system

-kitchen access

-folding table

-accommodation to catering

these rates are for birthday parties. birthday party rentals are in 3-hour increments only.
